After graduating from university, Mr.Gong first encountered the acoustic industry in 2008. At that time, China had no factories producing acoustic materials, which all needed to be imported. However, Mr.Gong was passionate about exploring new technologies. He began studying the composition and principles of acoustic materials, laying the groundwork for his future venture. In 2009, Mr.Gong founded his first acoustic material factory, Qingdao Rongchangsheng Soundproofing Materials, and started producing pet panels. It can be said that Mr.Gong dedicated his youth to the acoustic industry. At present, pet panel is an important raw material for our wood acoustic panels.

Initially, we did not engage in international trade; our focus was on projects in China, primarily targeting large cinemas and trading companies. During this period, we came across wooden acoustic panels, a product that combines wooden strips with acoustic panels to serve both sound absorption and decorative purposes. This immediately piqued Mr.Gongs interest, as he saw great potential in the market for this product. He spent four months traveling to the raw material sources, visiting hundreds of wood veneer and MDF factories to learn about the new product. He also invested a significant amount of money in larger workshops and machinery, which was almost his entire fortune. However, the initial phase was challenging. Middlemen sought to maximize profits by forcing factories to use lower-quality, less environmentally friendly materials at low prices. This went against Mr.Gongs principles, as we aimed to produce truly high-quality acoustic panels. Therefore, we decided to establish our own international brand, free from middlemen, and to build an international factory.

In 2022, when BEIEN was established, we did not have many major clients because transitioning from domestic to international trade was challenging. However, Mr.Gong did not give up. We started by cultivating our small clients, who initially had limited purchase volumes. We did not set high MOQ standards and provided them with free custom cardboard boxes and promotional materials. We also took professional photos and videos of their products and produced promotional brochures for them. Now, these small clients have become our major clients, and our business has grown steadily. We have become old friends. To this day, BEIEN MOQ remains at 50 pcs. As Mr.Gong said, “I hope Bein is a brand with warmth. We aim to find long-term partners, not just one-time deals.”So there are two rules in BEIEN:

1.All raw materials should not be less than E0 grade.

2.Service is always the first, all customers must be treated as friends, no cheating allowed. Trust is more important than money.

In 2023-2024, BEIEN began to grow rapidly, opening three production plants and over 20 production lines. Despite the increase in orders, we maintained our commitment to quality standards by adding seven more quality inspection procedures. This expansion also led to the growth of BEIEN team, and Mr.Gongs first factory, Qingdao Rongchangsheng Soundproofing Materials, officially became a subsidiary of BEIEN, supplying pet board raw materials for BEIEN wooden acoustic panels.

To date, Beins partners are spread across over 20 countries, including the United States, Canada, Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, and Australia. The company has over 100 employees in its business and production departments. Bein is deeply grateful to every customer who trusts us. In 2025, we plan to introduce new upgrades and innovations to our wooden acoustic panels and pet panels. We strictly refuse any low-quality products from our production facilities. Mr.Gong continues to inspect the production line and product quality daily. Our goal is to make Bein a brand that is high-quality, warm, and trustworthy.
